Welcome to Hita Summer Adventure! Hita Summer Adventure is run primarily by student volunteers from Dallas, Texas.
Hita Summer Adventure was a camp started in Hita to create and develop relations between American and Japanese Students. The camp originated in 2009, and is an annual occurrence.
Student volunteers from the US come to Hita city each year and do home stays in Japanese homes. They are involved in schools and various events around the city during their time in Japan. Though, the biggest event they take part in each year is the Hita Summer Adventure Camp. A camp that is available to all people and all ages.
At the camp, participants will not only learn English from Texas students, but will also gain valuable friendships. The goal of the camp is to connect people from various walks of life to learn from one another and grow together. Please join us!

If you are junior high to high school aged student and you want more from the camp, join the Texas Spring Adventure and come to Texas for 10 days! This is a chance for students from Japan to experience living in a home with an American family and experience what makes Texas such a special place.
